Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: Online consultations provide a valid means for patients to receive treatment for a number of conditions that, in many circumstances, do not actually require a physical exam. The customer completes an SSL secure online questionnaire for the doctor's review. Once a prescription has been written, the pharmacy promptly fills and ships directly to your doorstep via overnight UPS delivery service.

Q: How do I get my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is always sent automatically via email at the time of shipment. Sometimes a package may not ship until as late as 7PM so always allow wait until after this time of the scheduled date of shipment before contacting customer support. Also be sure to check your junk/bulk mail folder just to be sure the email was not filtered out. If all else fails, contact us and we will send the tracking information right away.
